My new little Hat Shop

My old shop in Enniskerry village served me well but alas it was on its last legs, its flat roof was leaking and the walls had no insulation and even our cosy decor couldn’t keep the cold and damp out. Well it might be ‘just around the corner’ but I can already feel the difference as the sun shines into my new little hat shop – it’s definitely the sunny side of Enniskerry Village. Warm fingers and toes – nice feeling.

Pop in and say hello if you are in the village and see my latest hats and lovely finishing touches (lots of bags, bling and other nice things) .

‘The Wedding and Honeymoon Show’ in the RDS

Yes it’s that time of the year again (1st+2nd September). Always a hectic time; getting hats ready for the show, setting up the stand and then two days on your toes, but I have to admit I love it.

Fabulous feedback

I love getting a photo and feedback from my clients after the big event. At this stage I’ve built up a lovely album of photos, cards (and complements). It’s always great to see the final picture – everyone blissfully happy when all the preparation, the apprehension and the worry become a thing of the past.

This is Rachel and proud mum Daphne (who are both wearing my headwear) with dad Colin and new hubby David.
